I am a freelance landscape photographer based in North Wales. Aside from the day job in a bank, I like to spend some of my spare time obtaining images like the ones shown on this website either in my local area or on breaks around the UK.
I have had an interest in photography developed at University College London in the late 80's which was part of the Physics/Astronomy degree I studied. I have experimented with astrophotography in the past and in time hope to produce some astro landscapes as part of my portfolio. Over the years I have dabbled with slr film and digital compacts and only got a DSLR early 2009.
Since the sudden passing of my mum in 2009, not long after I had got my new camera, I then got really serious with the hobby which somewhat softened the grief. I went about learning the ropes of photo processing on my pc and I now have got stock for sale on Alamy. Some of my finer shots are available either as prints, on canvas or as a complete framed print package done by a professional lab.
I am dedicating this site to my mums memory who is no longer here to see what I have achieved.
